. Ed: Mike's collection of percussion instruments from around the world is quite impressive, enough to fill a couple of eighteen-wheelers, I think. More importantly, he knows how to play them all. Mike played so many different percussion instruments on so many tunes on my CDs that there is a definite flavor to the overall project that would not have been there without him. And a tasty flavor it is.

Mike is known around town as an accomplished drummer, as well as percussionist. He works with me in the Rhode Island school dance program called A Chance To Dance, plays all the shows at Theater By The Sea in Matunuck, RI, and works occasionally with theater companies from all over New England. He also teaches and plays at Dean Jr College in Franklin, Massachusetts. Busy man.

Mike is working on an original rock project these days, and plans on taking it to the studio in the Spring of 2003. We'll tell you about it right here, as soon as it's available.

All the best, Mike, and thanks for your input and hard work! It was great to have such an accomplished all-around musician on the project. Tell 'em I said so!
